Return/Refund Policy for Leon Diamond LLC (All custom/ customized items & earrings are excluded)

As a client of Leon Diamond LLC, we value you and your time. Our goal is for you to be not only satisfied, but happy with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Our return/refund policy is outlined below. Please call us with any additional questions or concerns you may have. 

Returns: 

Once you receive your purchase in the mail, you then have 3 days to return it for a refund and 14 days to exchange it. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please contact us to receive return authorization. Once approved, securely package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided below.

Please ensure all original contents are included. Returns that do not meet these requirements may be declined.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is in its original condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price to your original method of payment. A restocking fee of 10% is deducted from all refunds. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges: You may exchange the item up to 14 days after receiving the item. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these criteria. We ship out your new item once we receive the original. All exchanges are final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact the same day of receiving it in the mail to arrange for a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of shipping for damaged or defective items.

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom / customized / personalized orders
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

 All deposits, on any item, are nonrefundable.

 

Klarna Returns & Refund Policy (Exception)

Orders placed using Klarna are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund with free return postage. To qualify, items must be unworn, unused, and unopened, and returned in their original condition, including all original packaging and documentation, for sanitary reasons.

Refunds for Klarna purchases will be issued to the original form of payment through Klarna within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note: Restocking fees, store credit, and exchanges are not applicable to Klarna purchases.

This 14-day return policy applies only to orders placed using Klarna. All other purchases remain subject to our standard store return policy.
