How long does it take to complete a custom order?

Custom orders take 3 to 5 days to process, depending on the item purchased. We do provide express processing with next-day delivery for an additional fee. Please contact us to see if your item is eligible for express processing/ shipping.

Can I inspect a piece before receiving it?

Yes! You have the choice of either visiting us in store or getting in touch with us, virtually, to get a closer look at the item. Call or send us a message to get in touch with a professional virtually. Every item also goes through multiple rounds of quality control to ensure the best for our clients.

How long does shipping usually take?

All orders (custom design requests excluded) take 1-2 business days to process & 2-3 day shipping with FedEx.

Express/ Overnight Shipping Eligibility

Majority of the items on our website are ready to ship & eligible for overnight/ 1-2 day express shipping thought FedEx. This option does require an additional $150 charge. Please contact us to see if your item is eligible for express shipping prior to purchasing the item. Once an item is purchased, the shipping status cannot be changed.
